Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned without their original packaging are not eligible.

Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be issued via InstaPay, mobile wallets, or bank transfer. Please note that refund processing may take up to 14 business days.

Each item can be exchanged once only. After an exchange is completed, the item becomes final sale.
